FAQ…

I take your confidentiality very seriously, and this will be discussed with you at our first meeting.

  • What is the first step?

The first step is to get in contact with me confidentially on my contact form.  We would book an initial assessment and discuss how I can help you. Normally we would begin with six sessions and then review.  For some clients this is enough while others wish to proceed for longer. Many of my clients benefit from open ended therapy.

  • One To One Sessions:

Initial assessment in order to establish: 1. what the presenting issue is, 2. what type of therapy would be suitable and 3. to arrange a solid pattern for ongoing therapy sessions The first consultation costs £40 for 30 minutes and further sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes.

  • Therapy Options:

Face to Face sessions either at my consulting rooms or home visits are available.

I provide online Therapy via Skype, emails, FaceTime or telephone sessions. I offer a reduced rate for students or those whom receive a low income (proof must be provided).

  • Availability

You can make appointments during the daytime and evening, from Monday to Thurdsay. Our earliest appointment is 8am, the latest is at 8pm.

  • How many sessions will I need?

This depends on many factors such as the extent of your difficulties and what you wish to gain from therapy.  The number of sessions varies enormously and depends on what issues you bring, and we will discuss this at your first session.

  • Location

My consulting rooms are on Clapham Road, inside the Pulse Pharmacy. I also do home visits which is especially beneficial for those with disabilities.

I also do sessions over Skype or FaceTime as well as email and other online platforms.

I am also happy to fit in around clients as much as possible for example to do walking or coffee shop sessions.
